LF: What do you look for in your clothes? LDH: I think fashion is entertainment. In Canada, we’ve been a little resistant, but people need to accept that dressing up is about having fun. LF: …your suit is very Ocean’s Eleven?  LDH: Oh absolutely! Ten years ago you could only find this style of suit in the thrift stores.  LF: Who’s the most interesting person you’ve met while producing StreetSeen? LDH: Now, I’m not prone to becoming Goth, but this one woman brought me into her world – so welcoming, so fabulous – I had a great night and realized that I had been judging these people on how they dressed. LF: Don’t we all asked to be judged by how we dress?  LDH: To be judged? Or to be accepted? Body adornment is about the desire to be accepted and to be loved.
